BILINGUAL STUDENTS VISIT THE AIRPORT.

On April 8th, students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th of ESO, the great mayority bilingual ones, visited San Javier Airport.

Storytelling: "Food, Glorious Food"

This year the English activity "STORYTELLING" was entitled "Food, Glorious Food". The four bilingual groups participated in it and some students were the "main characters" of the story. The tale was conducted by an English man, Alan Kennedy. All the students, spectators and "actors" or "actresses", enjoyed this activity a lot and had the opportunity to practise their oral skills..

I hope all the students enjoy the photos that were taken at the performance.

St. Valentine's Day at Secondary School "Ramón y Cajal" - February 2014

This year  to create a nice atmosphere for St. Valentine's Day, the bilingual groups of 2nd and 3rd of ESO have done some really artistic pieces of work.  You can have a look at some of them in this photo-chain:

Congratulations guys!!

The sudents in the group of 3rd ESO performed the Xmas song All I Want for Christmas Is You, with the only instumental accompaniment of a violin  for the chorus, bells and tambourines. 

They sang it to the rest of the groups of Secondary Education at school during the awards ceremony of the Christmas  contests celebrated on 20th December.

December 2013. This is a Xmas carol performance by the 2nd of ESO bilingual students.

In the video you can watch the students singing Mariah Carey's song "All I want for Christmas is you" on the last day of the term- 20th December.

ENGLISH MINI WEEK: WORTHING

Queremos informar a las familias de los alumnos y alumnas que van a participar en la "English Mini Week" de algunos cambios realizados:

• Por haberse visto reducido el nº de alumnado, hemos tenido que agregarnos al IES "El Carmen" para poder realizar el viaje. 
• Por la misma razón las fechas en las que se llevará a cabo el viaje también han cambiado y serán del 27 de abril al 2 de mayo.
• La ciudad a la que viajaremos será Worthing, igualmente al sur de Inglaterra. En este viaje la excursión de un día será a Londres. 

Un mes antes del viaje os avisaremos para reunirnos todos con los padres y alumnos de "El Carmen".
